Results of the 2024 Call for Proposals

This second DIADEM call for proposals aimed to promote the emergence and development of interdisciplinary research projects of a methodological nature designed to address two key themes:

Accelerated discovery of innovative and sustainable materials for a Green Deal upstream of applications for major transitions (towards carbon-free energy and transport, frugal digital technology, and the medicine of the future)
Acceleration of the mastery of synthesis and shaping processes aimed at building or strengthening French technological sovereignty.

Following the evaluation process by an international jury external to DIADEM, 15 projects were selected for a total amount of €13.5 million.

These projects have introduced new themes to DIADEM: thermoelectricity with the GREENTEA project and spintronics with the MASKY project.

have a theme that overlaps with other PEPRs: PEPR SPIN, H2, SPLEEN, TASE, and electronics

include European and/or international partners

2 projects

include industrial partners
